We are two seasoned and driven professionals, each with over 25 years of experience leading businesses across various industries and countries, for family-owned companies, investment funds, and publicly traded enterprises.

Mergers and acquisitions have been a constant thread throughout our careers. We have actively led successful acquisitions, buy & build operations, and transfers in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Italy. Erwin Merkx

Erwin has over 25 years of experience in executive roles in West Africa, France, and the Netherlands. He has solid knowledge of various sectors, including trade & distribution of capital goods, textiles, industrial supply & services, international logistics, and outdoor recreation. He has gained extensive expertise in improvement processes, restructuring, interim management, and  (international) buying and selling of mid-sized companies.

Erwin successfully executed a “buy & build” strategy, and, led a group of 7 distressed companies in France, on behalf of a private equity fund, preparing them for sale. Erwin’s knowledge and experience in executing complex transactions make him the ideal partner for entrepreneurs seeking external growth or a successful business transfer.

Paul Denis

Paul has spent 25 years in executive roles, leading business transformations, company transfers, and the expansion of companies based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, and Ireland. He has gained his knowledge and experience across multiple sectors, including the production & distribution of glass packaging, swimming pool and wellness products, household textiles, web-to-print | e-commerce, and M&A advisory.

With his broad expertise in companies of various sizes, Paul has a deep understanding of different business dynamics and cultures. As managing partner of a Dutch M&A botique, he has personally advised, guided, and supported over 25 entrepreneurs and companies throughout the sales and acquisition process.

Paul is a registered advisor for Business Transfers and Business Valuation.
